Phuguri Tea Garden is spread over the crest and slopes of the Phalut ridge of mountains that border India and Nepal. The garden elevation is between 3,500 and 6,000 feet above sea level. This particular tea was picked on the 2nd April, and manufactured on the 4th.
The tea has a good neat green leaf, which produces a light amber liquor. The flavour is well rounded, and has a nice strength to it.

Castleton Tea Garden was established in 1865. It is located in the Kurseong South Valley of Darjeeling. The altitude ranges between 2,600 to 6,000 feet above sea level.
This tea was plucked on the 24th of March and manufactured on the 25th.
The tea has a dark green leaf with silver tips. The liquor is bright amber and produces a juicy top quality first flush flavour.

Singbulli tea garden was established in 1924. It is spread across 9 rolling hills at an altitude of between 1,200 and 4,100 feet above sea level.
This tea was plucked on the 27th of March and manufactured on the 28th. It is from the higher elevated part of the garden and uses mainly China jat with a little Assam hybrid.
A good neat green leaf with tip, this cup produces a light and bright amber liquor, and presents a delicate and light flavour with hints of peach.

Balasun Tea Garden was established in 1871. Its name comes from a river flowing at the bottom ridge of the garden with this name. The altitude ranges between 1,600 and 4,600 feet above sea level.
This tea was plucked on 30th March and manufactured on the 31st.
A good, neat leaf with tip, that produces an amber liquor. It has a full bodied first flush character with a slight grassiness.
