Brew with freshly drawn boiled water and infuse for 3-5 mins

A dark green, flat leaf. The liquor has a lemony colour and a light, smooth character.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, which has cooled for 2 minutes, and then infuse for 3-5 minutes.
20950 - Da Hong Pao
Flavour: Light character, slightly sweet/smooth
This tea has a very large and broad dark brown and black leaf. It produces a deep amber or oaky liquor, with a light tasting character. It has a slightly sweet and smooth character, not too dissimilar to a Japanese toasted Houji Cha.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water and infuse for 3-5 minutes.
