25080 - Snow Bud
Snow Bud has a beautiful silvery leaf manufactured from the finest white leaves of the highlands of South West Zhejiang Province in China (also manufactured in Fujian Province). The liquor is slightly pale with a distinctive brightness giving a complex sweet and floral character to the flavour with a slight nutty undertone.
To brew this tea it is best to use approximately 3g of tea per cup and to infuse for 4-5 minutes with water that is freshly drawn, boiled and allowed to cool for 2 minutes prior to brewing.
81110 - Honeybush
Honeybush is a herbal tea grown in South Africa. It is very similar to Rooibos but has a lighter and sweeter taste.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.

A blend of white leaf, and green leaf with jasmine flowers and rose petals, scented with viola flavouring.

A black leaf that is blended with Blackberry leaves and scented with cherry, and wild cherry flavouring.

A delicious blend of black Chinese tea, passionfruit pieces and marigold petals, this produces a fruity, tropical flavour, and a bright liquor.

33200 - Formosa Ruby Brick
This Formosan tea is pressed into small square shaped bricks. These are joined together into one large brick, so you can break off one brick for each time you want to brew some tea. Produces a light brown liquor with flavours of pine.
Use water that has cooled for 2 minutes from boil, and brew for 3-5 minutes.

From the Vithanakande Estate which is in Ratnapura South West Sri Lanka. Grown at an altitude of 975 foot/ 297 metres.
The wirey leaf is extremely well made and is black with a silver spine. The liquor is rich gold in colour with a complex malty yet light flavour.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with it on its own or with honey and/or lemon.

A good neat shotty leaf, full bodied and brisk, with a good rounded flavour.
