Teas of Nepal From around the world

Tea was first planted in Nepal a few years later than in it’s neighbouring producer Darjeeling, in the late C19th. However, growth of production and the birth of new estates was slow and hence Nepal still has a great number of young bushes. Many of the Nepalese teas produce fine liquors comparable and often better than its neighbouring Darjeeling. Generally Nepalese teas are less well known and thus great value for good quality teas.
